Responsibilities

• Plan, develop, implement, supervise, and evaluate assigned YMCA programs and services.
• Provide direct oversight of Youth Services programs, including before-/after-school and day camps.
• Provide direct oversight of Child Watch operations with focus on safety and engagement.
• Develop new programs and enhance existing ones based on community needs and organizational priorities.
