Job summary

CoolSys in Denver is seeking an Assistant Branch Manager to support the Branch Manager in daily operations, including purchasing, quoting, and guiding team members. This role ensures efficient office workflow and accurate records.

It also covers procurement, vendor coordination, and timely communication with customers to meet service level agreements. The position involves training, performance oversight, and occasional leadership in the Branch Manager's absence.

Qualifications

• High school diploma with 4 years of office experience.
• Ability to document and report information for internal and customer communication.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience training new employees or teaching new skills.

Responsibilities

• Create quotes for customers and manage follow-up from creation to closure.
• Provide oversight to the branch when required, including mentoring and hiring input.
• Coordinate work orders status with local team and manage vendor selection.
• Maintain records of orders, shipments, inventory and reports.
• Ensure office operations run smoothly and assist with reports and analysis.
