Job summary

CEN is seeking an Assistant Branch Manager to oversee daily, full-service branch operations. In the absence of the Branch Manager, the ABM assumes full responsibility and drives retail product promotions aligned with company goals.

You will lead staff, assist with hiring and coaching, ensure compliance, and back up all retail positions. Strong communication, leadership, and customer service skills are essential for delivering timely service and achieving sales objectives.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Coordinate branch objectives with management and staff.
• Assist with hiring, coaching, and leading retail staff.

• Back up all retail positions and manage daily operations.
• May originate and close consumer or small business loans.
• Develop and grow branch business through community engagement.
• Conduct monthly branch audits and staff meetings.
