CoolSys is looking for an Assistant Branch Manager 1 to support daily branch operations in Honolulu. You will assist the Branch Manager, manage quotes, procurement, and vendor relations, and mentor staff to maintain service quality.

The role requires strong organizational skills, MS Office proficiency, and the ability to handle multiple tasks while maintaining excellent communication with customers and management.

Qualifications

• High school diploma with 4 years of work experience in an office.
• Strong written and verbal communication and documentation skills.
• Experience training new employees.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and communicate with management and customers.

Responsibilities

• Create quotes and manage follow-up from creation to closure.
• Provide branch oversight, including mentoring and input on hiring.
• Track and coordinate with local team to execute work orders.
• Manage 3rd party vendor selection and scheduling, and fulfill permitting requirements.
• Maintain up-to-date records of orders, shipments, inventory and reports.
• Ensure smooth daily office operations and support administrative tasks.
