Motion & Flow Control Products, Inc. (MFCP) seeks a team-driven associate to support daily branch operations by delivering exceptional counter and phone service while handling warehouse and light production tasks.

The role involves processing orders, receiving stock, building hose assemblies, and preparing shipments for customer pickup or delivery in a fast-paced environment. You will work with inventory, use an RF scanner, and maintain accurate records.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Basic computer proficiency; familiarity with Word, Excel, and Outlook; Epicor Prophet 21 a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide prompt, professional counter and phone service; respond to inquiries and orders with effective problem-solving.
• Process sales, quotes, and production orders in the system; maintain accurate documentation and paperwork.
• Receive, inspect, stock, and verify incoming products; build hose assemblies and perform quality checks.
• Package, label, and ship orders; prepare items for pickup or local delivery; use RF scanner as needed.
• Maintain inventory accuracy and assist with cycle counts; ensure safety and organization in the workspace.
