Job summary

Qualifications

• Associate degree in Business or at least 3 years of assistant manager experience at a financial institution.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in member service and 3–5 years in supervisory roles.
• Teller and MSR II experience with loan knowledge or equivalent experience.
• Strong verbal and written communication, Saturday hours availability.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Branch Manager to ensure efficient branch operation and staff coaching.
• Oversee teller and MSR functions; perform duties as needed.
• Maintain member loyalty while following MECU policies and regulations.
• Enforce policies; stay current on laws and fraud protection in branch network.
• Provide proactive supervision to achieve high-quality member service.
