What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Support the construction sales team by overseeing project implementation, ensuring profitability, accuracy, and alignment with customer expectations
- Provide coaching and daily guidance to System Application Engineers (SAEs) and perform their duties for complex projects
- Develop and build relationships between the SAEs and their assigned Account Executives, contractors, and customers
- Act as the first level of customer concern for issues related to equipment orders and customer satisfaction
- Monitor and support System Application Engineer teams in all assigned duties

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering; preferably Mechanical
- 5+ years of operations management experience in the Building Construction and/or HVAC industry
- Project management experience
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, especially Word, Excel, and Visio

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with AutoCAD
- Located on the West Coast
