What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide coaching and guidance to System Application Engineers while also functioning as a Systems Application Engineer as needed
- Ensure profitable and timely project implementation while maintaining customer expectations
- Develop and maintain relationships with contractors, customers, and consultants to facilitate effective project execution
- Act as the first level of customer concern for issues related to equipment orders and delivery
- Provide technical support and assist in developing customer arguments for conceptual solutions during project design

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, preferably Mechanical
- Minimum of 5 years of operations management experience in the Building Construction and/or HVAC industry
- Proven project management experience
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, particularly Word, Excel, and Visio

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with AutoCAD
- Located on the West Coast
