- 5+ years of experience driving sales performance, customer satisfaction, and team development.
- An enthusiastic mentor and coach with a passion for building high-performance teams.
- Adept at planning and executing pop-up shops, trade shows, or event-based retail experiences.
- Someone who thrives on strategy, logistics, and delivering unforgettable customer service—whether in a store aisle or under a show tent.
What You’ll Do:- Lead operations at our flagship store in Chagrin Falls, OH.
- Oversee the planning and execution of major retail events, including the American Quarter Horse Congress, Kentucky 3 Day Event, and more…
- Develop and implement sales strategies and customer engagement plans that align with our brand values.
- Recruit, train, and empower retail teams to exceed expectations.
- Establish a culture of accountability, innovation, and excellence in every retail and event touchpoint.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, eCommerce, product, and logistics teams.
