What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Support the System Application Engineers and construction sales team, ensuring projects are implemented profitably and on time
- Provide training and support on project management practices and equipment order execution
- Develop accurate and detailed submittals to communicate project requirements to stakeholders
- Maintain effective balance between internal processes, customer satisfaction, and project financial results
- Act as the first level of customer concern for issues related to equipment orders and customer satisfaction

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering; preferably Mechanical
- 5+ years of operations management experience in the Building Construction and/or HVAC industry
- Project management experience
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, with an emphasis on Word, Excel, and Visio

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- AutoCAD experience
- Located on the West Coast
- High-level competence in technical support and selections during project design or proposal phase
