Qualifications

• 8+ years in branch operations, manufacturing, or industrial leadership.
• Experience with budgets, projects, and cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day branch and COE operations, ensuring service, quality, delivery, and satisfaction.
• Oversee staffing, scheduling, coaching, performance reviews, and personnel decisions.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Manufacturing, Sales, and District/Branch managers to allocate resources.
• Support sales, marketing, and customer service for branch value-add technologies.
• Develop schedules, monitor workloads, and coordinate production and field activities.
• Manage budgets, approve purchases, monitor inventory, and track costs.
• Establish and improve processes for safety, quality, and continuous improvement.
• Ensure compliance with policies, safety regulations, and operational standards.
