Motion & Flow Control Products, Inc. is seeking a Branch Manager to oversee all customer service activities for inside, outside, and retail sales while managing inventory and warehouse operations in a fast-paced team environment.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, strong communication skills, and the ability to lead staff and coordinate with product managers to meet customer needs. The position emphasizes profitability, safety, and teamwork.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required.
• Excellent written & oral communication and strong relationship building skills required.
• Detail oriented with solid organizational skills and the ability to prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with ERP systems, preferably Prophet 21, is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead all aspects of customer service for inside, outside, and retail sales.
• Oversee inventory control and warehouse operations.
• Manage EBITDA performance and cost controls to meet profitability goals.
• Coordinate with Technology Product Managers and other departments.
• Develop programs to meet customer requirements and improve service quality.
