PointBank in Aubrey, TX is seeking a Branch Operations Manager to lead a high-performing team, energize staff, and deliver exceptional customer experiences that fuel branch success and community trust.

You will oversee teller operations and new accounts, manage cash while ensuring accuracy and compliance, teach fraud-prevention practices, and actively participate in community initiatives and referrals to strengthen relationships and growth.

Qualifications
