Responsibilities

A day in the life of a Route Dispatch Team Lead

• Lead, train, and coach a team of Route Dispatchers
• Ensure routes are built for maximum efficiency and productivity
• Step in to assist with dispatching when needed or when coverage is short
• Support real‑time scheduling, routing adjustments, and technician communication
• Help troubleshoot challenges and guide the team through fast‑paced situations
• Maintain high standards of accuracy in scheduling, customer communication, and account management
• Assist in developing processes and improving team performance

What You’ll Bring

• Proven experience in dispatching, scheduling, or routing
• Strong Microsoft Office skills
• Ability to quickly learn and master routing systems
• Leadership mindset with the ability to coach, motivate, and hold a team accountable
• Strong problem‑solving and decision‑making skills
• Excellent communication and organization
• Reliable, punctual, and able to lead in a fast‑paced environment
• Willingness to jump in and support the team whenever needed
• Availability to work one Saturday per month is required
