Job summary

Fox Pest Control is seeking a hands-on Route Dispatch Team Lead to work in our Logan, Utah office. You will lead, coach, and develop a high-performing dispatch team, while handling real-time scheduling, route optimization, and technician communication.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required; some college preferred.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a related field is preferred.
• Experience with computer database systems or software.
• Ability to learn Pest Routes and routing methods quickly.

Responsibilities

A day in the life of a Route Dispatch Team Lead:

• Lead, train, and coach a team of Route Dispatchers

• Ensure routes are built for maximum efficiency and productivity

• Step in to assist with dispatching when needed or when coverage is short

• Support real-time scheduling, routing adjustments, and technician communication

• Help troubleshoot challenges and guide the team through fast-paced situations

• Maintain high standards of accuracy in scheduling, customer communication, and account management

• Assist in developing processes and improving team performance

What You’ll Bring:

• Proven experience in dispatching, scheduling, or routing
• Strong Microsoft Office skills
• Ability to quickly learn and master routing systems
• Leadership mindset with the ability to coach, motivate, and hold a team accountable
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
• Excellent communication and organization
• Reliable, punctual, and able to lead in a fast-paced environment
• Willingness to jump in and support the team whenever needed
• Availability to work one Saturday per month is required
