Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of related work experience.
• Strong Microsoft Office skills.

Responsibilities

• Meets profit goals for the yard and maximizes net profit.
• Maintains relationships with customers and understands their needs to maximize profit.
• Assists sales team with developing new customers and follows up on sales leads.
• Assists credit with overdue accounts receivable and sets pricing for the yard.
• Oversees inventory levels, staffing, and equipment to meet delivery needs.
• Ensures yard safety, cleanliness, and injury/accident prevention.
• Investigates accidents and enforces safety programs.
