Ideal candidates will have 5+ years of related experience, strong Microsoft Office skills, and demonstrated leadership in a distribution environment. This position is based in Jacksonville, FL with full-time hours.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of related work experience.
• Strong Microsoft Office skills.
• Demonstrated knowledge of managing a profit-making operation by setting and meeting goals.
• Demonstrated knowledge of overall distribution business. Core Competencies: Trust, integrity, servant leadership.
• Ability to work independently and on a team; lead, execute, and delegate while collaborating with others.

Responsibilities

• Meets profit goals for the yard and maximizes net profit opportunities.
• Builds and maintains customer relationships and follows up on sales leads.
• Assists sales team with developing new customers and handles overdue accounts receivable.
• Sets pricing and determines pricing for the yard; manages order entry and reporting.
• Oversees inventory, records, and yard safety; ensures delivery and service quality.
• Maintains maintenance and equipment protection programs and plans for depreciation.
