Job summary

Quail Construction, part of the Helix Traffic Solutions network, is seeking a Branch Manager in Arizona to lead day-to-day branch operations, manage personnel, and ensure safety and quality across work sites.

Responsibilities include staff supervision, scheduling, performance tracking, and maintaining high levels of customer service and regulatory compliance. Travel and after-hours work may be required.

Qualifications

• ATSSA - TCS certification is required.
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills are essential.
• Excellent customer service and problem-solving abilities required.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills needed.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities
