Job summary

Traffic Safety Supplies, a member of the Helix Traffic Solutions network, seeks an Operations Manager to lead the Fishersville Branch, driving daily operations, inventory, fleet readiness, and safety compliance. You’ll build strong contractor and municipal relationships, support revenue growth, and coordinate field and in-branch activities.

The ideal candidate is sales-minded, mechanically inclined, and comfortable interfacing with contractors and construction professionals to balance business

Qualifications

• 3–5 years experience in operations, branch management, or related field.
• Strong customer service and relationship-building skills.
• Willingness to travel locally to customer locations.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily branch operations and drive sales growth.
• Develop relationships with contractors and municipalities.
• Visit customer sites to strengthen relationships and identify opportunities.
• Coordinate equipment readiness, maintenance, and training.
• Oversee inventory, warehousing, and fleet management.
• Ensure safety compliance and high-quality service.
