• Experience leading branch operations or construction projects.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and teams in a fast-paced setting.
• Strong focus on safety, quality control and regulatory compliance.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all branch operations and ensure effective execution of policies.
• Provide direct supervision to Administrative Assistant and Superintendent.
• Manage projects from initiation to completion, including profitability review.
• Oversee scheduling and dispatch of crews to maximize productivity.
• Coordinate logistics and ensure availability of equipment and materials.
• Ensure compliance with HR, safety, quality, and operational standards.
• Assist with hiring, coaching, and performance management of staff.
• Deliver excellent customer service and maintain partner relationships.
