Job summary

CERTEX USA is seeking an experienced Branch Manager to lead daily operations, drive sales growth, and manage a high-performing team at our Phoenix branch. You will oversee budgeting, safety compliance, inventory control, and customer relations to meet strategic goals.

The role requires strong leadership, financial acumen, and a focus on quality and customer satisfaction in a fast-paced industrial environment. Travel to sites within the region and overtime may be required to achieve objectives.

Qualifications

• Proven leadership and team motivation skills.
• Experience with budgets, P&L and reporting.
• Knowledge of safety policies and regulatory compliance.
• Ability to read and interpret safety rules and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership to the branch and coordinate activities.
• Manage branch administration, budgeting and reporting.
• Develop and execute plans to hit sales targets and profit goals.
• Monitor KPIs and interpret performance data.
• Lead sales team to achieve targets while delivering excellent service.
• Oversee inventory control and supply chain efficiency.
• Maintain ISO9001 quality process and compliance.
• Ensure customer needs are met and communicate delivery status.
• Hold regular meetings to align branch with company goals.
• Address customer concerns and resolve issues promptly.
• Cultivate teamwork and safe working conditions.
• Hire, train, coach, and evaluate staff.
