Job summary

ThompsonGas is seeking an Operations Manager to plan and supervise daily branch operations, including product distribution, storage, sales, and service activities. You will lead scheduling, invoicing, workforce planning, and fleet coordination to ensure exceptional customer service.

The role requires managing safety meetings, DOT compliance, and performance reviews, with potential evening/weekend hours and lifting requirements up to 75 lbs. CDL and hazardous materials endorsements are preferred.

• Strong safety and regulatory compliance knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily service-related scheduling, customer care, and invoicing.
• Project workforce and material needs for seasonal demand and service coverage.

• Manage distribution and storage operations at the branch.
