Worldpac invites an Assistant Branch Operations Manager to learn all facets of branch operations and assist the Branch Operations Manager in directing daily activities within the branch location.

We value applicants with warehouse leadership experience, strong English skills, and a readiness to handle opening/closing duties, driving requirements, and basic budgeting knowledge. Competitive salary with full benefits is offered.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of leadership in a warehouse-related field
• Must read/write/speak fluent English
• Eligible to work in the country of application
• Able to open/close the warehouse Mon–Sat as needed
• Must meet state driver license requirements before driving
• Able to use MS Office products proficiently
• Organized with strong prioritization and multitasking
• Understanding of branch operations and staffing basics
• Willing to learn powered equipment certification
• Demonstrates self-starting and proactive attitude

Responsibilities

• In the absence of the Branch Operations Manager, oversee day-to-day branch activities
• Follow safety and security procedures and model compliance
• Support training and development of team members
• Maintain a customer-service oriented approach in daily work
• Assist in learning all Branch Management functions, including ops and budgeting
• Use company vehicles to deliver orders or pick up returns safely
• Other duties as assigned
