Job summary

Worldpac is seeking a Branch Operations Lead in Sterling, VA to assist the Branch Operations Manager and Assistant to oversee daily warehouse operations. The role involves learning all branch functions, managing staff, and ensuring accurate orders, inventory, and records.

You will work in a fast-paced environment with a strong emphasis on safety, leadership, and customer service, with opportunities for growth and training. On-site role with full-time hours and competitive benefits.

Qualifications

• At least 6 months of warehouse experience.
• Eligible to work in the country you are applying for.
• Be available to open and close the warehouse, Monday through Friday, and Saturdays as needed.
• Ability to perform basic clerical tasks and have strong leadership.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with others.

Responsibilities

• Learn all functions of Branch Management, including operations, staffing, training, branch assets, expense management and budgeting.
• Follow safety and security procedures and role-model compliance.
• Support training and development of team members.
• Maintain a customer service‑oriented approach in all conduct.
• Report policy violations and safety concerns to management.
• Coordinate with management to ensure orders are delivered and inventory is maintained.
• Safely use a vehicle to deliver orders or pick up returned merchandise.
• Other duties as assigned.
