Job summary

WORLDPAC is seeking a Branch Operations Lead to assist the Branch Operations Manager in steering daily warehouse activities. You will help manage operations, staffing, training, assets, and budgeting while ensuring safety and compliance across the team.

The role requires strong leadership, English proficiency, and the ability to read and follow detailed instructions. You will collaborate with management to maintain service levels and accuracy in orders, inventory, and records.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
• At least 6 months of warehouse experience.
• Strong leadership and organizational skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Able to read, write, and follow detailed instructions.

Responsibilities

• Assist Branch Operations Manager in leading daily warehouse operations.
• Support management in operations, staffing, training, branch assets, expense management and budgeting.
• Ensure safety procedures are followed and acted as a role model.
