Worldpac, a leading automotive parts distributor, seeks an Assistant Branch Operations Manager to oversee day-to-day branch operations, learn all functions under the Branch Operations Manager, and guide team members in a fast-paced environment.

You will help manage staffing, training, budgeting, and ensure compliance with safety protocols while maintaining a customer-focused culture across the branch. This role requires leadership, organizational skills, and willingness to grow with the company.

Qualifications

• Minimum high school diploma or GED.
• 2+ years leadership experience in a warehouse/operations setting.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
• Fluent reading/writing/speaking English.
• Eligible to work in the United States.
• Able to open/close warehouse, Monday–Saturday as needed.
• Must meet state driver’s license requirements for company vehicle delivery tasks.
• Strong organization and prioritization skills.
• Able to understand P&L concepts.
• Willing to obtain powered equipment certification.

Responsibilities

• Step in for Branch Operations Manager for day-to-day branch activities.
• Ensure safety and security procedures are followed and model compliance.
• Support training and development of team members.
• Maintain a customer-service oriented approach in all interactions.
• Assist in learning all branch management functions including staffing, budgeting, and expense management.
• Safe handling of products during order delivery or pickup of returns.
