PGW New Branding is seeking an organized warehouse supervisor to oversee inventory operations and manage the Distribution Center team. You will ensure accurate storage, efficient packing, and on-time shipping while maintaining high quality and safety standards.

The role emphasizes leadership, communication, and accountability in a fast-paced environment, with responsibilities ranging from staffing and scheduling to safety reporting and process improvement.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• 1+ year warehouse experience; 5+ years supervisory experience desired.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Supervise warehouse teams and ensure safety is a priority.
• Plan schedules and assign duties to meet fluctuating workloads.
• Conduct shift meetings and cross-communication between shifts.
• Ensure adherence to safety policies and report near misses and incidents.
• Collaborate with team to solve work-related problems and maintain facility condition.
• Coach staff in safe work practices and maintain hazard-free workplace.
• Monitor equipment operation and optimize material handling processes.
• Maintain timekeeping records and assist with personnel management.
