Job summary

Blackhawk Industrial Group in Oklahoma is seeking a Branch Manager to own the branch P&L, budgeting, staffing, dispatch, quotes, and facility operations. This hands-on leader prioritizes safety, builds strong teams, and drives profitability while maintaining customer relationships.

You will supervise dispatch, pricing, and cost control, ensure regulatory compliance, and mentor supervisors and frontline staff to achieve operational excellence and growth for the branch.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of operations leadership experience in related fields.
• 3-4 years of P&L management experience, including budgeting and financial analysis.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, ability to handle confidential information.
• Availability for a highly flexible schedule, including weekends, holidays, and overtime as needed.

Responsibilities

• Own the branch P&L, including revenue, gross margin, labor, equipment, materials, rentals, subcontractors, and overhead.
• Develop the annual budget using market projections and capital expenditures, monitor results, and adjust as needed.
• Champion health and safety as a top priority and maintain audit-ready records.
• Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations, including DOT requirements.
