Thompson Industrial Services, Powered by Clean Harbors, is seeking a Branch Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of the assigned branch. The role focuses on safe, cost-effective management and growth of the product line and employees across the branch.

Ideal candidates bring 3+ years in industrial services and hands-on experience repairing water blast pumps. You will lead safety, compliance, budgeting, and customer relations to drive performance and profitability.

Qualifikationen

• 3+ years of industrial services experience.
• 3+ years of leadership experience (Military or civilian).
• Profit and loss responsibility.
• Hands-on experience repairing water blast pumps.
• Working knowledge of DOT and fleet compliance.
• High level of computer proficiency.

Aufgaben

• Ensure Health and Safety is the number one goal by following policies and always acting safely.
• Direct and optimize overall operations in the assigned geographic area.
• Ensure communication of all required report information to all pertinent departments.
• Review operational reports with attention to problems, customer concerns, and safety issues.
• Monitor branch performance with attention to safety and environmental issues and provide solutions.
• Provide leadership and direction in a secure, team-oriented workplace.
• Ensure staff follow company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
• Conduct periodic field visits to inspect equipment and environment.
• Collaborate with the Assistant Branch Manager to monitor safety stats and reporting procedures.
• Aggressively market company services and pursue growth opportunities with customers.
• Prepare annual budget with market projections and cost controls to meet financial targets.
• Monitor equipment and parts inventories and ensure regulatory certifications are met.
• Perform annual performance reviews and identify growth opportunities in niche markets.
• Identify growth opportunities for the company to the Operations Team.
• Direct weekly meetings to disseminate information across departments.
• Participate in compensation, training, and bonuses recommendations.
• Perform additional duties as assigned by management.
