WillScot is seeking a Branch Operations Manager to drive branch safety, cost control and service excellence. You will manage the branch workforce, oversee fleet, inventory, and vendor relations, and ensure policy compliance across operations, production, and customer service areas.

Qualifications

• High school diploma, GED, or 3 years of applicable experience.
• 5 years experience managing one or more direct reports in a service shop/manufacturing/building construction environment or 2 years with WillScot.
• Experience managing a unit or departmental budget or 2 years with WillScot.
• MS Office/Excel/Word/Outlook experience.
• Ability to follow direction and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience applying creativity to problem-solving.
• Build sustainable relationships with vendors through open communication.
• Ability to manage multiple changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Provides direct and indirect managerial oversight to branch operational employees.
• Manages daily tasks for temporary workers and contractors.
• Uses clear communication to all branch staff.
• Uses internal systems to ensure safe, timely, cost-effective revenue delivery.
• Oversees costs through maintenance, inventory, and fleet servicing.
• Prepares budgets and uses planning tools to manage branch operations.
• Ensures work orders, off-rent/damage billing, inventory, and purchasing compliance.
• Maintains ready access to parts, VAPS, and resources for operations.
• Collaborates with HR to recruit and develop the branch workforce.
