Qualifications

• Active property & casualty licensing required.
• 5+ years of industry experience.

• Exceptional Account Management skills and book of business management.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead branch operations and manage performance.
• Oversee budgeting, P&L, and cost control.
• Drive strategic and tactical plans and policy implementation.
• Manage recruitment, onboarding, and HR processes.
• Liaise with Regional Director and sales leadership.
• Spend up to 50% of time on an assigned book of business.
