Insurance Office of America is seeking a Branch Operations Manager - Commercial Lines in Pasadena, CA, hybrid work. You will lead the operations team, drive budgeting and process improvements, and manage a portion of the client book while partnering with sales on growth initiatives.

The role requires strong leadership, P&C licensing, and exceptional communication to ensure service excellence and financial performance across the branch.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of industry experience with deep, wide‑ranging knowledge.
• 2+ years of management experience and proven leadership ability.
• Active property & casualty licensing required.

Responsibilities

• Lead and direct branch operations and staff performance.
• Manage branch P&L, budgeting, and cost control.
• Implement policy, processes and HR procedures.
• Oversee account management for a book of business up to 50%.
• Drive data analysis, reporting and performance improvement.
• Collaborate with sales to support growth and acquisitions.
