Responsibilities

• Lead your team with clarity, confidence, and an engaging, accountable presence.
• Promote a safe, inclusive, and performance-driven workplace culture.
• Execute branch-level strategies aligned with company goals and schedule work weekly or monthly.
• Manage the branch’s profit and loss and monitor KPIs such as revenue and costs.
• Partner with sales to identify growth opportunities and support client retention.
• Set clear goals and metrics and own outcomes with accountability for results.
• Manage staffing levels and oversee daily/weekly scheduling of work crews.
• Track hours, approve pay, coach performance, and support disciplinary processes.
• Use data and reporting tools to drive continuous improvement and identify efficiencies.
• Operate with a business-owner mindset and plan for long-term success.
• Build strong relationships with employees, customers, and partners.
• Collaborate with HR, Finance, Sales, Maintenance and other departments to align operations.
• Promote the SCA brand and ensure high service standards.
• Maintain regular attendance and reliability for assigned shifts.
• Oversee supervision, training, evaluations, timecards, and hiring decisions.
