This full-time role requires strong leadership, strategic planning, and cross-functional collaboration with sales and maintenance. The position involves high travel, staffing oversight, and P&L management, with a competitive salary of $120,000-$140,000 and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Experience: 3 years’ operations experience – waste management or driver operations a plus.
• Management: 3 years’ experience managing teams.
• Education: High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Support: Availability to respond to staffing or operational needs outside standard hours.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop teams with clear goals, accountability, and strong communication.
• Promote a safe, inclusive, performance-driven workplace culture.
• Execute branch strategies and plan work to meet customer demand efficiently.
• Manage branch P&L, monitor KPIs, and drive profitability and cost control.
• Partner with sales to identify growth opportunities and retain clients.
• Set expectations, track performance, and ensure timely follow-through.
• Oversee staffing, scheduling, and payroll-related activities.
• Use data to drive continuous improvement and operations optimization.
• Collaborate with HR, Finance, Sales, and Maintenance to align operations.
• Represent the branch in the community and with clients.
