Sunbelt Rentals is seeking a Branch Manager to lead a multi-unit, profit-focused branch. You will direct Sales, Customer Service, Fleet Maintenance and Logistics to meet financial and performance goals, while shaping a strong team culture and growth path for staff.

The role requires leadership, P&L awareness, and experience in rental markets with a focus on driving revenue and service excellence in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Leadership and communication skills.
• Understanding of P&L and financial controls.
• Experience in outside sales, negotiation and influencing.
• Experience in construction or industrial markets is helpful.

Responsibilities

• Have overall responsibility for the performance of a multi-million dollar revenue business.
• Leverage leadership skills to build a successful team.
