Job summary

Mitsubishi Electric US, Inc. Elevator/Escalator Division in Hayward, CA is seeking a Branch Operations Manager to oversee all branch profitability, project engineering, project management, service delivery, and sales initiatives.

You will lead the Hayward team, drive booking goals, manage expenses, ensure safety and quality compliance, and collaborate across functions using Salesforce and the MS Office suite to keep schedules and budgets on track.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years elevator industry experience or equivalent preferred.
• Minimum 5 years branch operations experience required.
• Microsoft Office suite including PowerPoint, Project, Excel and Word.
• Ability to build dynamic and diverse teams and foster enthusiasm and respect for the individuals and their work.

Responsibilities

• Manage directly or indirectly all branch personnel.
• Oversee branch activities to meet revenue, gross profit, and bookings goals.
• Control operating expenses to approved business plan.
• Direct Hayward branch office administrative needs and facilities.
• Handle project-specific sales, project management, and field management as needed.
• Prepare reports and monitor financial activities (A/R, A/P, labor hours, cash flow).
• Ensure compliance with EED policies and corporate governance.
• Oversee cross-department coordination and strategic planning participation.
• Maximize cross-sales among MEUS / MEUH divisions.
