Job summary

Mitsubishi Electric US, Inc., Elevator/Escalator Division (EED) seeks a leader to manage all branch operations and sales, ensuring profitability and contract compliance. You will oversee project engineering, project management, service delivery, and bid support while maintaining safety and quality standards.

Responsibilities include directing branch personnel, controlling expenses, and communicating cross‑departmentally to meet short and long‑term goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years elevator industry experience preferred.
• Minimum 5 years branch operations experience.
• Proficiency with MS Office (PowerPoint, Project, Excel, Word).
• Ability to build dynamic and diverse teams.

Responsibilities

• Manage directly or indirectly all branch personnel.
• Meet branch revenue, gross profit and bookings goals.
• Control operating expenses per business plan.
• Oversee branch facilities and administrative needs.
• Handle project-specific sales, PM and field management as needed.
• Prepare required reports and monitor financial activities.
• Ensure compliance with IPP, corporate policies and safety.
• Coordinate cross-departmental activities and communication.
