Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years elevator industry experience or equivalent preferred.
• Minimum 5 years branch operations experience required.
• Microsoft Office suite including PowerPoint, Project, Excel and Word.
• Ability to build dynamic and diverse teams and foster enthusiasm and respect for the individuals and their work.

Responsibilities

• Manage all branch operations and sales activities for the Hayward branch.
• Oversee profitability and fulfill contract obligations of Mitsubishi Electric US, Inc., EED.
• Ensure projects are properly managed including project engineering and project management on schedule and budget.
• Oversee service to meet customer obligations and sales targets; manage field teams and hiring/termination as needed.
• Monitor and report on A/R, A/P, labor hours and cash flow; ensure targets are met.
• Coordinate cross- and interdepartmental activities and ensure adherence to EED policies.
