Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of progressive branch banking or branch operations experience.
• Experience as a Teller, Head Teller, Universal Banker, New Accounts Representative, or similar role.
• Demonstrated leadership or supervisory experience.
• Ability to successfully pass a credit and background check.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all daily branch operational activities and employee workflows.
• Manage cash operations, including vault management, cash recyclers, ATM balancing, and teller cash limits.
• Ensure accurate branch balancing and reconciliation processes.
• Review operational reports and oversee branch self-audits.
• Support branch opening and closing procedures, including Saturday operations when applicable.
• Maintain branch facilities, security standards, and overall operational readiness.
