Qualifications

• 3+ years demonstrated branch banking or related operations experience.
• 18+ months cash handling experience.
• Strong knowledge of policy, compliance, risk management and loss prevention.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with deposits, withdrawals and payments.
• Oversee operational risk controls and Vault/ATM custodianship.
• Ensure elevated customer experience and lobby management.
• Resolve customer issues promptly and effectively.
• Conduct cash counts and maintain audit logs.
• Support teller line and provide feedback to ensure accuracy.
• Use data-driven decisions to improve branch performance.
• Engage customers via digital platforms and educate on self-service options.
• Interact with customers in person, over the phone, or digitally.
• May support nearby branches as needed.
