Job summary

Worldpac in Plaistow, NH is seeking a Branch Operations Lead to assist the Branch Operations Manager and lead daily warehouse activities. You will coordinate with management to ensure orders are fulfilled, inventory is maintained, and processes run smoothly.

This role requires hands-on leadership, strong organizational skills, and a commitment to safety and customer service. You will train staff, uphold procedures, and drive continuous improvement in a fast-paced distribution environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 months of warehouse experience.
• Eligible to work in the United States.
• Able to open/close the warehouse Monday–Saturday.
• Strong leadership and organizational skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Must have a valid driver's license and clean MVR.
• Fluent reading/writing in English.

Responsibilities

• Assist Branch Operations Manager and lead daily warehouse operations.
• Coordinate with management to ensure orders are fulfilled and inventory is maintained.
• Support training and development of team members.
• Uphold safety and security procedures and serve as a role model.
• Communicate with management to ensure records are prepared and stored.
