Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; advanced education preferred.
• At least 3 years in branch operations; prior assistant manager or sales lead is highly preferred.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office; Salesforce and Epicor Prelude are a plus.
• Strong leadership, sales, customer service and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Attract, train, and retain qualified candidates for all roles.
• Create and maintain a positive and engaged work environment.
• Oversee the day-to-day workflow of the branch.
• Conduct timely performance evaluations and recommend promotions and salary adjustments.
• Lead daily staff meetings to clarify activities and goals.
• Coordinate work schedules and manage overtime expenses.
• Resolve conflicts and collaborate with HR on actions.
• Prepare performance and production reports for the Division Manager.
• Maintain relationships with clients and provide excellent service.
• Manage inventory control, order verification, and cycle counts.
• Enter sales and lost sales into the ERP system and generate invoices.
