Job summary

FleetPride is seeking a Branch Manager to supervise daily branch operations, ensure safe and compliant workplace practices, and meet EBIT, sales, and inventory goals. You will hire and develop staff, plan scheduling, and drive customer engagement and pricing strategy.

Responsibilities include leading monthly sales meetings, maintaining key customer relationships, and ensuring accurate inventory control. A minimum five years in heavy-duty truck parts with supervisory experience is required, plus

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in heavy duty truck parts industry, including a minimum of 3 years in a supervisory position.
• Valid drivers’ license with clean driving record.
• High School Diploma or GED; Associate’s Degree in Business Administration preferred.

Responsibilities

• Hire and supervise employees who meet all critical requirements and qualifications for each position (counter sales, warehouse, delivery drivers and others as approved).
• Plan work schedules and assign duties to maintain adequate staffing levels and respond to fluctuating workloads.
• Lead branch sales meetings and review territory EBIT and sales revenue to plan; identify opportunities for sales penetration of new or existing products.
• Maintain a top 25-customer list and visit at least 3 customers monthly for new business.
• Ensure inventory accuracy: reconcile variances, review aging, and manage accounts receivable/collections in coordination with the credit department.
