• Branding & growth: promote sales initiatives and branch identity.
• Customer engagement: build relationships and resolve issues.
• Compliance & accuracy: review and approve transactions per policies.
• Performance & standards: monitor branch metrics and security.
• Professional development: pursue ongoing training and education.
