Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required; 2–5 years of consumer banking experience preferred.
• Demonstrated excellence in customer service and written/oral communication.
• Understanding of sales management processes, profiling, and cross-selling.
• Ability to multitask, problem-solve, mentor, delegate, and work independently or with a team.
• Experience with applicable software applications and office equipment.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to research using intranet/internet.

Responsibilities

• Opens/closes branch daily and manages employee schedules and workflows.
• Monitors branch cash general ledger accounts and cash limits; ensures accuracy of reconciling entries.
• Oversees daily processing of customer transactions and branch capture, including mail deposits and night depository.
• Maintains internal controls and regulatory compliance; protects confidential information.
• Balances and troubleshoots ATM if on-site; coordinates with facility management for branch needs.
• Acts as security officer and conducts monthly security meetings; trains staff on security procedures.
• Mentors Universal Bankers and collaborates with Branch Manager for performance and documentation.
• Assists Branch Manager in resource deployment to optimize team performance.
• Serves as Branch Manager when the manager is unavailable.
• Performs additional duties and special projects as assigned.
