This hands-on leader will partner with the District Manager to execute growth, budgets, and regional goals.

Qualifications

• Proven leadership in roofing, siding, or building materials distribution.
• Understand contractor sales cycles and jobsite logistics.
• Track record of growing sales and profitability in competitive markets.
• Hands-on leadership for warehouse and sales functions.
• Strong communication, relationship-building, and negotiation skills.
• Financial acumen with budgeting, P&L, and metrics.
• Roofing knowledge preferred; MS Office and ERP familiarity.

Responsibilities

• Lead all branch operations in a high-volume roofing and building materials distribution environment.
• Ensure timely delivery of roofing products to meet contractor schedules.
• Drive branch sales by developing contractor and builder relationships and expanding market share.
• Collaborate with District Manager on growth initiatives and strategic plans.
• Analyze market conditions and adjust sales strategies accordingly.
• Coach and develop a high-performing sales and operations team.
• Recruit, train, and retain top talent in distribution.
• Maintain optimal inventory levels and manage budgets and expenses.
• Oversee P&L, budgets, forecasts, and safety compliance.
