Mabrey Bank is seeking an Assistant Branch Manager in Jenks to lead daily operations and support a service-driven culture. You will work with the Branch Manager to strengthen consumer relationships and ensure smooth branch performance.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 1+ years of customer service experience.
• 2+ years of Teller and/or Personal Banker experience preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft applications and ability to learn job-related software.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day leadership that aligns with Mabrey’s Vision and Mission Statements.
• Assist the Branch Manager in developing and cultivating long-term business and consumer relationships.
• Coach team members on product knowledge and needs-based selling.
• Ensure branch security and control functions to protect against risk.
