Qualifications

• 2+ years of management, Retail Banking, or equivalent Chase leadership experience.
• High school diploma, GED, or foreign equivalent.
• Ability to work branch hours including weekends and evenings.

Responsibilities

• Motivate the branch team by sharing a clear vision and embodying Chase culture and values.
• Drive growth in deposits and investments using the Branch Scorecard.
• Meet client needs to build lasting relationships and trust.
• Coach and develop the team to achieve results.
• Encourage ongoing learning and professional development within the branch.
• Build relationships with local businesses to strengthen branch presence.
• Maintain a strong risk and control environment by following policies and procedures.
