Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 1+ years of customer service experience.
• 2+ years of Teller and/or Personal Banker experience preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft applications and ability to learn job-related software.

• Provide day-to-day leadership that aligns with Mabrey’s Vision and Mission Statements.
• Assist the Branch Manager in developing and cultivating long-term business and consumer relationships.

As our Assistant Branch Manager, you will help lead the daily operations of our Jenks branch. In this role, you’ll work closely with the Branch Manager to oversee branch performance, support consumer staff, and help ensure exceptional service for every customer. Responsibilities include managing team members, providing Relationship Banker and Teller services, and resolving customer inquiries.This is a full-time, exempt position. Usual days and hours are Monday through Friday, 40 hours per week which are scheduled to meet branch needs.
