Job summary

Mabrey Bank is seeking an Assistant Branch Manager in Jenks, OK to help lead daily branch operations. You will work with the Branch Manager to oversee performance, support consumer staff, and ensure exceptional service for customers.

The role is full-time and exempt, with typical hours Monday–Friday, 40 hours per week, and occasional Saturdays or extended hours to support branch needs. Mabrey emphasizes community investment, local ownership, and staff development.

Qualifications

• One-plus years of Customer Service experience.
• Two-plus years of Teller experience or combination of Teller and Personal Banker experience.
• Proficiency in all Microsoft applications (Word, Outlook, Excel, etc.) and ability to use and learn various job-related software programs.
• Analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
• Availability to work Saturdays and/or extended hours as required to support branch operations.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day leadership that correlates with Mabrey's Vision and Mission Statements.
• Assist the Branch Manager in developing and cultivating long-term business and consumer relationships.
• Coach team members on product knowledge and skill development to effectively identify customer needs and match them with appropriate products and services.
• Ensure the implementation of branch security and control functions to protect against unnecessary risk or exposure.
